TEAM EXPECTATIONS

In order for students to achieve the goals set before them, it is important that the students are prepared and organized to begin the school year. Each student should have the following supplies with them in each class:

q       Organization binder/notebook (depending on the class)

q       Agenda

q       Pocket folder for notices and homework

q       Zipper pouch with 3 holes to place in binder

Pens/pencils, glue stick, scotch tape, colored pencils, sticky notes, highlighters

Pencil is required for math and science

The Rhode Island and near by communities offer many exciting field trip opportunities.  Throughout the year,

Team Integrity will take advantage of some of these educational experiences.  Our field trip policy is as follows:

q       All students are allowed on the 1st trip regardless of work completion or misbehavior.

q       If a student misbehaves on the 1st field trip, he/she will be excluded from the next trip and will receive administrative consequences.

q       Any misbehavior on a subsequent trip will result in administrative consequences as well as removal from all future field trips.

Our central administrators complete a background check on any adult who may be interested in possibly being a chaperone

for any field trip.  If you think you might like to join us on a trip at some point this year, please indicate that on the bottom

of this sheet.  Your name will be sent to the central office, and you will be placed on our chaperone list.  Placing your name on

the chaperone list does not obligate you to attend a field trip.
