Week of 11/2/09
Students will be completing Inquiry 2.4 - Measuring the Density of Irregular Shaped Objects in class this week. They will be measuring the density of copper wire, a nylon spacer and a steel screw. Students will be completing a Lab Report for this Inquiry, which will be due next Friday 11/13/09. We will be completing most of the Lab Report in class however students will be required to put it into final copy for homework.
Daily Assignment
Students should look over their notes each night to review what we are studying in class and prepare for their Daily Science Questions. Each day in class students must answer a Daily Science Question, which is graded, and is related to a topic that we have recently covered in class.
Week of 10/13/09
All students will be having a quiz on Friday, October 16th on States of Matter and Measuring Matter. Students should review the notes in their notebooks as well as the States of Matter Organizer.
